My ip90v Canon is so much easier to use with this battery addition. Easy install and works great not having to drag around a charger any more.
I searched every electronic store i could find and even in these difficult times I could not find a deal. So I went to Amazon, and not only did I get my printer I got the battery and bluetooth all for less than the cost of the printer in the stores. It works great and it was shipped to me very quickly. Thank you and believe me when I say, I told ALL my friends.
They go off when charging is complete. Snap the battery into the holder and then screw it onto the back of the printer using a coin. The battery seems to hold a charge for a long time. Then charge up the battery. Don't freak out when you see the three green lights flashing -- that just means it is charging. People seem surprised to see the printer suddenly start printing when it is just sitting on the table with no wires. It is rather expensive in my opinion, but it does the job.
It's even better if you have infared on your laptop, no wires at all. I is a little pricey, but well worth it. This is a great option to purchase. It has good battery life, I use it a few times a week in the field; I have charge it about once a month. You can find it for less than $100. It is very nice on the road, just take it out of your bag and turn it on. It charges in less than 2 hours, with the original printer power pack. I would highly recemend it.
Why would you want to carry the AC adapter around with your new hi-tech printer.The battery does have a lighted indicator to tell how much power is left.Get the battery and leave the power brick at home.
